Outreach Program


Proctor Hospital

Seniors on the Go Outreach programs are presented to a variety of senior citizens groups throughout the six county coverage area (Peoria, Tazewell, Woodford, Marshall, Stark and Fulton counties).  The presentations are between 30 and 60 minutes in length and cover various health related topics including stress management, medication safety, and nutrition.  Please contact the Center at (309) 692-6650 for further details or email info@hult-health.org.
